The process of buying and selling property is one of the most important events in many people's lives. I, Karyn Anjali Glubis, wholeheartedly understand the needs and concerns of my clients. I am committed to ensuring your happiness and finding the best deals possible for you.

With ten years of real estate experience, an extensive education, and vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, I provide my clients expertise and knowledge not found elsewhere. I particularly pride myself in my technical expertise of the complicated legal processes and negotiation procedures behind real estate transactions. I help my clients smoothly navigate these obstacles and I use this expertise to your advantage.

I have had clients of all sizes, from single households to USF Healthcare, USAA, the University of Tampa, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the U.S. Military.

On top of being a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, I have an MBA with a concentration on Finance and Marketing, a BA in Communication from St. Thomas University, and an AA in Merchandising. My advanced education, which is rare in the real estate industry, gives me a strong advantage over other agents.

I have been an established resident of the Tampa Bay area for the past ten years having moved here from Vancouver, BC and lived in Miami, Toronto and London. However, I am originally from Trinidad and my values are Trini to the bone. I offer knowledge vast knowledge of this area that I use to find my clients excellent deals, long before the general market realizes the true value of the property.
